The new Wells-Fargo Bank branch at Sepulveda and Palms Blvds., within Westside Village, is known as the PALMS branch, and the mural within features photographs of the old PALMS railroad station on National Blvd. and the old PALMS library on Woodbine Street. It was opened in 2002, and the mural photographs were chosen with input from the Palms Neighborhood Council and the Palms-Westside Village Neighborhood Watch |
