Do you have any thoughts about Venice and Sepulveda boulevards being torn up for a mass-transit project?

How about noisy trains being run up Exposition Blvd. near your apartment?

Either are possibilities, although the route for the light-rail line running east-west to Santa Monica has been definitely approved only from downtown Los Angeles to Venice Blvd. and Robertson (the station just below the I-10 symbol below). The exact route of the line from there through West L.A. is still up in the air: One idea is to route it along Venice and then up Sepulveda (shown). Another is to run it straight up Exposition south of the I-10 Freeway.
