Fifteenth (special) meeting of the Council and its
REPRESENTATIVE ASSEMBLY

1. President. Pauline Stout called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. This being a special meeting, there was no Public Forum.
A quorum was established.

2. Election Committee. Terry Robinson presented proposed changes in the Election Procedures as recommended by our DONE election representative (attached).
The changes in the procedures were approved by voice vote.
3. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
