Thirteenth meeting of the Council and its
REPRESENTATIVE ASSEMBLY
Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006

1. Todd Robinson called the meeting to order shortly after 11 a.m. Introduction of members of the Representative Assembly and others. This was not a business meeting, but a quorum was present.

Minister Mark Manassee of the host church welcomed the attendees.
Council Member Bill Rosendahl spoke.
Secretary George Garrigues gave a presentation on Palms history, and Pauline Stout introduced members of the preparation committee. A buffet lunch was served with attendees hosted at committee tables.
2. Focus groups. (A.) Education and community organizations. (B. Business. (C.) Safety and city services. (D. )Long-term vision and short-term projects.
3. Summation. Leaders of the focus groups summed up the discussions.
4. The meeting was adjourned around 2 p.m.
